Yes, it can be obtained without much endeavour. The way you lost your hunger by sun gazing, similarly by advanced sun gazing siddhis like flying, fortelling past, present and future etc can also be acquired. However I think Swami Gaurangapada and our acharyas will not be pleased if we get too much into details forgetting the main goal of bhakti.
