Until one develops the ability to keep the 'senses' under check nothing worthwhile can be gained in life-material, emotional and spiritual. The 'mind' is fragile, and even explosive. So don't rush through. Be cautious. 'His' 'gita' verse 6/25(shanaiH...chintayet) has a way to quieten the 'beast'.

Let us not fight the darkness, let us bring in the light. Let us never identify with the agitated mind. Let us remain Krishna Conscious. let us not need to be right. Let us hold others hostilities in a loving embrace. Love will overcome. Let us not argue. Let us not accuse or make others wrong. Let us relinquish judgment and remain objective. Love will overcome. Protecting the ego is not our business, we can express without accusing defending or attacking. Let us not mirror pain to others, we can reflect love that comes with realization of oneness.
