vaisnava anthem

trnad api sunichena
taror api sahisnuna
amanina manadena
kirtaniyah sada harih

This is the vaisnava anthem.

Who are we just a tiny sparks? What can we say for ourself. We are nothing.

Some think with their university degree they are more qualified, but the Gita says its by good fortune that we have a human birth born in this country or that. And its by you good fortune that you will continue your Nitai Krsna Chaitanya seva at 5%, 25%, or 60%.

Don't be envious of others in a higher percentage than you; help them all you can.

Reading the Gita  7.4 we can understand Krsna is the taste of water, the light of the Sun and Moon, the smell of the earth. Krsna is the letter A.

But what excites me the most.  I am not this body, and I have no material family., and our duty is to surrender to Guru lock stock and barrel. My masters own me. No questions other wise. Reading  Gita 4.34. By pleasing the Guru; Krsna Gauranga is pleased.

We have duty not be envious of no one.
Not to disturb any one.
Not to judge others
be tolerant
be humble
give respects to others
don't allow anyone to disrespect our guru or others who have given their life for Nitai Gauranga.
don't listen to those who disrespect the holy scriptures or the demigods.
don't fight with no one walk away. defeating them in debate can be false ego.

You need to be a good listener and then we can adjust the way we deal with people.
Dont judge a person by their looks, or even think what money you can get from them.
Devotees came from all walks of life.

Re: Chanting Hare Krishna offenselessly

Dear Gurudev,

Nityaananda ! Gauraanga ! Hare Krishna !

Dandavat Pranaams.

I am really feeling very fortunate to have taken shelter under Lord Nityaananda. I am feeling so happy today to have chosen to chant Nityaananda and Gauraanga Naam along with Hare Krishna Mahamantra. There was a time when I was chanting only Hare Krishna Mahamantra but I always had a question in my mind that if Shrila Prabhupada said that surrendering to Lord Nityaananda and Lord Gauraanga is very important then why am I not being able to surrender to them to my full satisfaction. 2-3 years back I chatted live on a website (I don't want to mention the name). I told the devotee that I am in a distress then will Lord Krishna help. He replied yes. I was very happy but then I told the devotee that Lord Krishna helped Draupati only after she surrendered 100%, till then she did not recieve help. I told the devotee that I am not a pure devotee like Draupati to surrender 100% then how will I recieve help. The devotee told me that Lord Chaitanya does not ask for surrender so he told me to worship Him. To this I got very confused and I told the devotee that I am only chanting Hare Krishna then how do I surrender to Lord Chaitanya. To this he had no answer and he told me not to worry about all that and he said that by chanting Hare Krishna Lord Chaitanya will be pleased. However the truth is that to please Lord Chaitanya we must get the mercy of Lord Nityaananda. Similarly I have faced so many experiences in life. Then when I chatted with Swami Gaurangapada all the questions in my life got answered. I am now so satisfied with my spiritual practice. Thank you so much Gurudev, without your mercy I am sure I would have ended up either in a ghost body or in Yamraj's abode.

ys,
Mihir.

Who is a Sadguru

Dear Swami Gaurangapada Maharaja, Dear Devotees
Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Please accept my respectful obeisances. pranaams

Since some time i am pondering on the aspect of Sadguru. As far as i got to learn, we need the mercy and connection to a Sadguru, in order to revive our lost relationship with Lord Gaura Krishna and enter into His Eternal Pastimes.

So, my mind and heart is being occupied by this simple question: Who is a Sadguru?

Please by Your kind mercy , enlighten me on this subject matter.

Yours indebted bow

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krsna!

Really the complete healing and sancitifaction of all levels of the psyche is wholesome, gentle, and heart felt meditation...and in this age of kali the meditation recommended  is chanting the Holy Names with feeling. This Holy Name will enter all levels of the self, and with the seed of faith, bring great peace.

Any wholeseome activity, spiritual cinema, spiritual food, jaap walks in the beauty of nature etc...all these things compliment good Naam-yoga, rapid realization of bliss and beauty and a deep healing (freedom of offences).

...the other...

Nityananada! Gauranga! Hare Krsna!

Dear Lord, a fragment of love for you has appeared within. Why? Because I have glimpsed of your great love, and caring hand - doing a great work in the life of 'the other'. Thank you!

Swami Gaurangapada has posted sweet realizations in the last few days...we should always consider the 'other' and speak kind words. When we see the 'others joy' our life is complete (day by day). Jaya Sri Sri Radha-Krsna!

Our God is an awesome (beautiful) God. The field is the cultivation of the heart.

Rich Mullins is one of my favorite people (musicians), he left his body some years ago. Gurudeva is right, we need to saturate our souls and minds, with wholesome things...and the miracle is - music and the Holy Name, that all creation sings...

Well the moon moved past Nebraska
And spilled laughter on them cold Dakota Hills
And angels danced on Jacob's stairs
Yeah, they danced on Jacob's stairs
There is this silence in the Badlands
And over Kansas the whole universe was stilled
By the whisper of a prayer
The whisper of a prayer

And the single hawk bursts into flight
And in the east the whole horizon is in flames
I feel thunder in the sky
I see the sky about to rain
And I hear the prairies calling out Your name

I can feel the earth tremble
Beneath the rumbling of the buffalo hooves
And the fury in the pheasant's wings
And there's fury in a pheasant's wings
It tells me the Lord is in His temple
And there is still a faith
That can make the mountains move
And a love that can make the heavens ring
And I've seen love make heaven ring

Where the sacred rivers meet
Beneath the shadow of the Keeper of the plains
I feel thunder in the sky
I see the sky about to rain
And I hear the prairies calling out Your name

From the place where morning gathers
You can look sometimes forever 'til you see
What time may never know
What time may never know
How the Lord takes by its corners this old world
And shakes us forward and shakes us free
To run wild with the hope
To run wild with the hope

The hope that this thirst will not last long
That it will soon drown in the song
Not sung in vain
And I feel thunder in the sky
I see the sky about to rain
And I hear the prairies calling out Your name

Re: Life Has Become so Cheap

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krsna!

Dear Maharaja and devoteesr thank you for sharing these things.

Over the last years I was taking notice of the programs on TV that come out of America (while visiting my family). As you both know now, my mind often brings forth material from the unconscious, so I see in non-ordinary states of conscious often (everyday). The tv shows from my eyes look macabre and very sick. I would watch them while visiting family who took the shows as light entertainment. With scenes of mutilated bodies, rape, psychopath murder stories etc. In an altered state, the truth of these degrading shows is exposed (in how it affects the mind).  The very very sad thing is, as people tune out and turn on to these tv shows, without using the forefront of the mind, the maccabre material enters deep recceses within the mind - into the unconscious. Most people are not aware of their unconscious and how it drives day to day thinking and activity.

I realized some time ago, through deep meditation, that this material and maccabre imagery, enters a collective unconscious, like unconscious building blocks (a kind of maha-tattva almost), that resurfaces at some point...because the psyche needs to release it. People who become sick will not be able to process that surfacing imagery (because of poor self-realization)- therefore things like these mass shootings occur (and other forms of paranoid projection.) A desperate attempt of the sick psyche to heal...

And another very sad thing is that most people see no harm in this entertainment, and, the makers of it are making large financial profits. The manifestation of kali yuga and how it takes charge.

For some reason, everyday I live with surfacing of the unconscious in the forefront of my mind - this is my healing process of the psyche (and a gift of God after long term suffering). Unfortunately western psychiatry sees surfacing of the unconscious as a pathology, so they repress it with pills, then it festers and never heals. Often with dire consequence, mass depressions, and much neurosis. The medical model has failed because there is no spirituality concepts - just these bodies, these chemical minds etc (make up the man). Which is such primitive thinking, even to the point of seeing God as pathology. Whereas the psyche needs to release its complexity, there needs to be release in a healthy way...

As I watched these maccabre TV shows with the unconscious, they were full of dark imagery, almost like hell. Most people do not see this way, unless they have entered some trance state through some process. Some very progerssive doctors have studied this phenomena with psychedelic research etc, and they are just beginning to find a way to make new medicines that allow surfacing and release, rather than repression. Many will get sick in this  culture etc in the future, and these new medicines may offer some assistance. They are a long way off yet...lets hope a new medicine comes, a new psychology of the future...a spiritual way.

Years ago when I was not enlightened and realized, these imageries were very frightening. These days, this spiritual gift is a healing - and the Lord wishes me to share about it. But, most people will discard this knowledge. The world is not ready yet...

As time goes on, this collective unconscious will build, and society will degrade. Therefore the imperative is too offer people the opportunity to take up a process to become self-realized - then kali will not have sway.
