Close & Open Left Frame Button and Quick Search added back

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Shri Guru Parampara! Pranams! I have added back the Close and Open Left Tree Frame Toggle button on the extreme left of the top menu on these Forum pages so that if you want to browse the Forums at full screen width, you can always close the left frame with one click. The left frame will contain the trees of the Forums, Fullscreen Videos and the NITAAI Veda.

You can instantly open it again by clicking the same button again whenever you need it. I also added back the Forum Quick Search box on the top right of every Forum page. On the index page and individual post pages, it will Search all the Forums but when you are on a ViewForum page of an indivudual Forum and you use Quick Search from that page, it will Search only in that forum which is an useful feature. Additionally, Search boxes for searching individual forums are always accessible to you from under the Home button in the top menu.
