How to avoid liberationism in our devotional service?

Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna!

Dandavats. All glories to Shri Guru Parampara and all the devotees of Lord Gauranga Krishna!

Sometimes when realizing how fallen, sinful and offensive we are there is a mood or should I say a desire which cripples within our hearts to become liberated or freed from our sinful reactions by the process of chanting or devotional service. But this desire for salvation is not within the scope of pure devotional service.

So can you suggest how to avoid this "liberationism" mood in our neophyte state of practicing devotional service?
