The book, Shri Shyamananada Shataka

Hare Krishna,  Is this book available in english anywhere or in any form (e-book, etc)?  Also, I was reading about the Deity of Sri Shyamsundar on this website: http://www.radhashyamsundar.com/dh.htm   The underground cave that Srila Shyamananda Prabhu lived in - can the still be found in Vrindavan?  What do you see?  I am also curious about the iron scraper that turned to gold.  Can that golden scraper still be seen today?  And why was Srila Shyamananda warned not to tell anyone else what had happened, to only tell Jiva Goswami?  I am simply curious.  Thanks rsd
