Naam-shiksha and Naam-diksha

Dear Swami Gaurangapada Maharaja,
Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Please accept my most respectful obeisances.

In our authorized scriptures we find many instances where our Acharyas give the instruction to Their disciples to chant the Names of Nityananda Gauranga (like e.g. in the case of Shrila Shyamananda Pandita and Shrila Advaita Acharya). So to speak, these disciples receive Nityananda Gauranga Naam through Naam-shiksha (You mentioned, that was Your case as well).

Hence, my question is: what is the difference between Naam-shiksha and Naam-diksha. As far as i understand, the difference is that in the case of Naam-shiksha there is no formal initiation. But i suppose there can be further points in this connection to be mentioned and discussed...
