Re: Chanting, Asanas and Mudras

While reading Ragavartma Candrika by Vishvanatha Cakravarti Thakura I found this,
'Activites such as aham-graha-upasana (worshiping the self), nyasa (religious rites accompanied by prayers), showing mudras (different hand postures during Deity worship), Dvaraka and mahasiarcana (meditating in the Dvaraka mood, and worshiping the Queens of Dvarka), are apakarada, or classified as unbeneficial for 'promoting' raganuga bhakti'.
