You may be having Silverlight 1.0 installed instead of Silverlight 2.0. Please right-click on the player and check your Silverlight version. If you have 1.0, please uninstall it via Add/Remove programs and then install Silverlight 2.0 from the link in the player. Please let me know if that solves it. In the upcoming videos, we will have much better sound also.
