Re: Do Not Pluck Tulasi on Dvadashi

Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! There is no specific repentance about this mentioned in the scriptures. You could offer a feast to Shrimati Tulasidevi, beg her forgiveness and take care to avoid it in the future. Shrila Sanatana Goswami states in his commentary that the injunction of not plucking on Dvadashi is specifically followed by the devotees. Other days are followed by strict followers of the Smritis.
