As confirmed by Lord Nityananda in Navadvipa Dhaama Praudha Maya will certainly keep the spiritual Puri covered to such souls. He confirms it is not necessary that all offensive souls will become free from offenses in Navadvipa. I assume that the rule for Puri should also be the same.
