Why Are Places in Puri Not Being Developed

This question was asked by Chaitanya dasi mataji today after our evening lecture. She wanted to know the reason why the Indian people are not aware of the importance of the Holy Places in Puri Dhaama and why the Government is not doing much to maintain and glorify these Places in India.
