Thank you Srinath! This devotional process and vision 'is' the meaning of life. And it comes to mind after reading your post that devotion is also the sustenance of all other processes.

Gurudeva said to me some years ago, in difficult times - 'try to see God in all things, everywhere'. Now I understand the potency of his devotional vision and instruction. It surely is the supreme peace to have one's eyes anointed with the ointment of love. Maybe now real life begins if we use that salve... And as Lord Jesus said, 'the blind will see', and Krsnadasa Kaviraja said 'he could swim across the ocean even with the infirmity of old age'.
