Fate of King Chitraketu's son

Dear Swamiji and devotees,

Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krishna! My humble obeisances!

In Srimad Bhagavatam, the history of King Chitraketu says that Narada Muni brought back the soul of his dead son into the body. At that time that soul spoke with full knowledge of self realization and then vanished.

How was that soul able to attain realization when previously he had been bound in a material body and had died due to karmic reactions and had not made any devotional sadhana? Also after speaking the truth, that soul left the body again and departed. Was that soul's realization permanent or was it only done by Narada's potency? Where did that soul go afterwards? Did he go into another body as per his karma or was he liberated?

In doubt,
Srinath
