How to chant Nityananda Gauranga

At your site it is posted: Become eternally happy by Mantra Yoga Meditation on the three Kings of all Naam Mantras in Kali Yuga: (1) Nityananda; (2) Gauranga; and (3) Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Raam Hare Raam Raam Raam Hare Hare!
How exactly does one chant Gauranga & Nityananda japa? Does one do a full round or several rounds of Gauranga, then rounds of Nityananda, or, does one combine and chant rounds of Gauranga Nityananda?
Also, since Gauranga is a four syllable mantra, is it pronounced Gau Ra An Ga, or can it be said to sound like three syllables.. Gaur An Ga? Are there any audio files available so one can hear these mantras being chanted as japa?
