Re: Everyone Please Install Microsoft Silverlight 2.0+ (1.0 will not work)

Please DO NOT install Silverlight 1.0+ because it will not play all our videos.
Please install Silverlight 2.0+ (Beta 2 available now)!

If you already have installed Silverlight 1.0+, kindly UNINSTALL IT FIRST (Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Microsoft Silverlight) before installing Silverlight 2.0 otherwise the videos will not play. You will need to close all browser windows before uninstalling Silverlight 1.0. The Silverlight 2.0+ install link is given above. We have extensively tested Silverlight and found that only Silverlight 2.0 plays all the wmv videos properly. It is available as the complete stable Beta 2 version now and the final 2.0 version of Silverlight will be released by Microsoft in a few months. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to the earlier recommendation to install Silverlight 1.0+. We did not know that some wmv videos would not play in Silverlight 1.0+. Nityaananda!
