Nimai Thakura dasa is born to Tommy and Candace

Dear Devotees, Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! I have received an email from Tommy and Candace that their second child Nimai Thakura took birth. They were very kind to accept my suggestion and name him Nimai Thakura. Nimai is a very dear name to Lord Nitaai and Shrimati Shachidevi. It is full of eternal bliss. Our Sampradaya is described as the Nimaananda Sampradaya in Bhakti Ratnakara. Anyone who will chant this name when the child is at home or when he goes to school or when he grows up will receive immense agyaata sukriti and then will certainly begin their journey to Goloka Vrindaavana. And all this credit will go his parents.

Tommy wrote: Nimai Thakura was born on November 7th @ 9:30am a natural delivery with no complications and everyone is healthy and discharged from the hospital this morning.  We arrived home a few hours ago and Nimai is already showing his personality.  He is calmed significantly when I play kirtan.  I am very grateful for this service Krsna gives.  I am a very dear friend of Krsna and sometimes he comes to me and we draw in the dirt and play in the bushes of Vrndavan.  I will pray to Govinda and ask if my sons may be pure devotees.

Let us all pray and bless Tommy and Candace that their above wish is fulfilled by the Lord. I encourage and request all the future parents in this world to name their children after the principal Names of the Lord and turn this planet into the spiritual world.
