Regarding chanting of nitai-gaura

Please accept my obeisances,
Since the chanting of nitai-gaura considers no offences,does it mean that
benefit obtained by  chanting unattentively = benfit of chanting attentively
benefit obtained by  chanting without taking shelter of a guru = benfit of chanting after taking shelter of a guru???????

please appease my doubt.
