Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! Our visit to the Vraja forest of Shri Kokilavana was very ecstatic. Jatila refused to send Shrimati Radha outside so Lord Krishna would dress up like a cuckoo bird here and cry out in a voice imitating the sound of a cuckoo. Even though everyone could feel the distinct sweetness of the voice of this Krishna cuckoo, only Shrimati Radha and the Gopies were able to identify that it is Lord Krishna Himself. As you can see the video, the kirtana in the Shri Shri Radha Kokileshvara temple was very ecstatic. I felt quite absorbed in the mood of hearing the voice of Lord Krishna as a cuckoo crying out for Shrimati Radhika. I received a glimpse of the separation which Lord Krishna felt for Shrimati Radha. I was so grateful to the Lord. When one goes to a specific pastime place and sincerely engages in Gaura Vihita Kirtana, one can feel and realize the Pastimes at that specific place by the mercy of the Lord.
