     I understand how you are feeling and I really want to share with you my experiences with illicit sex and masturbation.

     I have posted a very long and elaborate article on this subject. It is not complete, but it should drive the point clear. My spiritual master and the devotees on the forum gave me the advice that thinking about sex is the same as illicit sex itself, no difference. The best solution is to see everyone as a devotee for who they really are and accept that the Lord is watching us all the time. When you understand that you are harming another devotee in front of the Lord, you can't do it. It was shocking truth.

My sincere thanks for having raised these topics. As sadhakas there are many who suffer from problems and who are unable to confess it to devotees and there are also few devotees willing to speak frankly about it. I think we must meet the problem straight

      I humbly feel we must also do loud, loud kirtan, or if that is not possible, atleast audibly and slowly. The power of the Holy names of the Lord will and surely will get rid of lust
