Struggling in Brahmacharya

I want to remain a brahmacharya, but I have had several slip ups in the past, and I have been fighting the battle for a long time. Now I know there are many stages in brahmacharya, but I feel all the previous samskaras are overwhelming, and I have been masturbating since late 13, so there is alot of guilt, I also hear that hell (naraka) is experienced when one masturbates- from www.celibacy.info- I feel this is true, but for how long?
