This is one of the best service you have introduced. I bet millions of lives will change by using the live chat function. It seems the Holy Names of Gaura Nitaai will spread at the speed of light and the whole world will be blessed.

However I would like to make a suggestion. Instead of downloading a software it would be very convinient for people to click onto a link of live chat and directly start talking. This way everyone would feel encouraged to chat and get inspired. But if the software has to be downloaded then I am sure that a lot of people will feel lazy to do so and thus lose a wonderful opportunity to get inspired.
