This is atheistic argument or attempt to "frame" omnipotent God into our logical and limited mind. Gurudeva and  Srinath  gave wonderfull  explanation, I just want to add few words.

In Isopanisad we can find perfect explanation -
om purnam adah purnam idam
purnat purnam udacyate

"The Personality of Godhead is perfect and complete, and because He is completely perfect, all emanations from Him, such as this phenomenal world, are perfectly equipped as complete wholes."

That is transcedental logic and dry atheists can not understand this logic. How it is possible that Lord is complete -purnam and he creates so many things and still remain complete! And more - all emanations from Him  are also complete wholes. And more...

purnasya purnam adaya
purnam evavasisyate

"Whatever is produced of the Complete Whole is also complete in itself. Because He is the Complete Whole, even though so many complete units emanate from Him, He remains the complete balance."

He is complete independent Sweet Ruler and Autocrat - isavasyam idam sarvam. Everything animate or inanimate that is within the universe is controlled and owned by the Lord. Word sarvam means all - and that is all. He is supreme controller and Enjoyer, Bhagavan.

But atheists can not understand this logic. How can ant understand why Nitaai,net site is better optimized for Opera or Safari and not for Internet Explorer? That is simply impossible for ant to understand. It is because ant do not have capacity to understand such topic.

Similarly atheist ant-like scientists speculate about Supreme Lord Gauranga/Krsna, but they do not have capacity to understand.

Therefore if we may accept that Lord Gauranga/Krsna is owner and Lord of everything - sarveresvara, we may understand otherwise non-understandable transcendental logic.
