The Quality of Chanting Pt.2

Lord Chaitanya taught the philosophy of sankhya yoga through the chanting of the Holy names, saying that His names are the sound incarnation...since the Lord is the absolute whole there is no difference between His Holy name and His form. According to Teachings of Lord Chaitanya book...as one practices this sound vibration he passes through three stages of development: the offensive stage, the clearing stage and the transcedental stage. In the offensive stage the chanter desires all kinds of material happiness, in the second stage he becomes clear of all material contamination and in the third stage he attains the stage of loving God.
Everyone wants the ultimate goal of chanting...sometimes we may think that just by repeating like a tape in a mechanical way, we will attain it but  it's said that we need to chant with our hearts,  in a real pure serving mood and then Krsna will descend in the heart...and from the heart He comes to the tongue and dances there....but  first we need to be nama seva and be determined to pass through all stages to get to this point of transcendental chanting.
