Travelling Japa Diary

We have free accomodation in a place of one friend who has a tattoo studio��in his home. Not the most typical place for brahmacaris but it is quite neat��and clean and free of charge. Our friend has spent maybe a year's budget��from a poor country to collect all kinds of underground art, weapons, metal-music, films etc.

Again I was not able to avoid looking a little bit at his latest��investments. I read some pages from "Heroine Diary" by Nikki Sixx - somewhat��shocking reading. This is what happens when sense gratification turns into the extreme - at least everybody can become convinced that one cannot��become happy by using drugs.

The next morning this prajalpa was in my mind but��I thought that "Wow! If I could become equally addicted to the maha-mantra��as these crazy rock-stars are to drugs, it would be the perfection of life."
